Evan Kinsley

Evan Kinsley brings a comprehensive breadth of experience to the building industry. Beginning his career in cabinetry construction, he expanded his expertise to include residential homes, restaurants, furniture, and even amusement attractions and roller coasters. Evan is dedicated to the creation of unique, custom, energy-efficient homes. As he states, “By integrating both new and traditional technologies, we can construct superior, more sustainable homes that not only look and feel better but also perform at their highest potential.”
Dave Catuccio

(Retired 2/25) Dave has been a dedicated professional in the construction industry since 1986, amassing over 40 years of expertise. He has served as a superintendent for several prominent companies, including Westway Homes and ABS Homes.
Dave is passionate about building high-quality homes and takes great pride in his work. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his large family, which includes many children and grandchildren. In his leisure time, Dave can be found riding his Harley Customs or fishing on the lake.
Jeff Spiegel

(September 18th, 1946 - February 20th, 2024)
Jeff Spiegel grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He founded four enterprises: APM, a leading healthcare consulting firm; Ch1 Communications, a third-party TV advertising company; and two restaurant companies, one in New York and one in New Mexico.
A Dartmouth graduate (1968), Jeff spent two years in the Peace Corps in Peru, aiding a jungle tribe with schools, chicken farms, and gaining government recognition for their land. He also served in Boston as the Mattapan Little City Hall Manager and Director of the City's drug treatment program. At Tufts University’s Fletcher School, he recruited Ph.D.s for South and Central American universities.
Jeff operated restaurants in New York for 23 years and co-founded The Sidework Network. In 2007, he returned to New Mexico to partner with Mark Lautman in economic development consulting. In 2013, he opened M’tucci’s restaurants and M’tucci’s Provisions, an artisan foods company.
Since 2020, Jeff had been working on establishing an indoor, vertical farm in New Mexico. Although the project is ongoing, it has yet to succeed.
“I have fantasized about building perfect adobe houses since forever. Now Evan is doing that one better.”
Jeff passed away in 2024 after a long-fought battle with leukemia
